Your shopping experience at Salisa is very important to us and customer services are available to help with all queries from Monday to Friday - 11am – 4pm (GMT).
Orders placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will start to be processed in our system the following working day and orders can take up to 48 hrs -72 hrs to process, and any changes on delivery will be emailed to you direct. Once the order has left our office and the tracking states delivered/attempted delivery and you have not received your order - we are not responsible or liable for this and the customer must follow up with the courier accordingly - we can provide you with all of the tracking details. Any orders / deliveries that are returned to our office due to customers not being in and have had 2+ attempts by our chosen courier will be charged between £5-£10 for re-delivery - orders will not be refunded.
Customers are advised deliveries will be delayed if there any Royal Mail strikes, as this has a HUGE impact on all courier services.
Our UK standard delivery cost is between £3.95 and £9.95 depending on the weight of your order – the cost will show on your order prior to taking payment. Any UK parcel issues must be taken up with the customer at their local delivery office. International delivery costs £14.95 - £24.95. Any International Parcel issues must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery services.
